Yoga is a powerful way to harmony of body, mind & soul. 

Yoga teaches us that everything is connected. 

We are one with nature and its cycles. 

We too change & adapt. 

Nature beautifully shows us this with her seasons: 

She flourishes in spring, blossoms in her full power in summer, 

let go in autumn and withdraws into winter to recover and renew.

These are the themes that enrich my life, besides family & friends. 

For me Yoga is everything. And everything is Yoga. 

It is what drives and inspires me. 

And this is what I am here to share.

Mein Yoga

Mein Weg zum Yoga

Movement has always played a role in my life.

I tried many different sports, I danced, I sweat, I cried.  

Movement is a way to get out of the (monkey) mind and connect with the present moment. 

 

In 2008 I found Yoga through surfing in Costa Rica. 

I experienced what it means to be one with body and mind, to breathe deeply, to be fully present and to savour the moment exactly how it is. Filled with peace, joy and perfection. 

This is Yoga. 

Because Yoga is way more than just a physical practice.
